After checkup, the patient will come back to the front desk person for checkout and finally the checkout person will assign the follow-up date and time to the patient for next checkup.

Admin Module Functionalities:
- Admin can add/update/delete/search employees (doctor, front desk person).
- Admin can add/update/search patients. He can also view their reports.
- Admin can add/update/delete/search drugs.
- Admin can add/update/delete/search diagnostic codes.
- Admin can add/update patient fees.
- Admin can change his password and can request for new password.
Doctor Module Functionalities:
- Doctor can view/check in the patient from doctor’s queue.
- Doctor will be able to enter the diagnostic code and can give medicine prescription to the patient and can upload any video file against patient and can download any video file against the patient.
- Doctor will be able to view the Prescription detail during patient checkout.
- Doctor can change his password and can request for new password.
Front Desk Person Module Functionalities:
- Front Desk Person can add/search/ view patients.
- Front Desk Person will check in the patient in the clinic and will enter the check in fees and give him the follow-up date and time for next checkup.
- Front Desk Person will be bale to view the patient receipt and doctor prescription.
- Front Desk Person will be able to view his daily appointments with patient through calendar and can check in the patient in the system for checkup. He can view the weekly view of calendar in that all the patients appointment for the current week should be displayed according to their time. He can view the monthly view of calendar in that the total count of appointments are shown on specific date and he can view the detailed information by clicking on any date of month.
- Front Desk Person can change his password and can request for new password.
